Leaders Week

From 28th to the 29th September 2022, Trippant managed the media for Leaders in Sport at Leaders Week.

Leaders in Sport gathered 1400 of the most senior executives, innovators and journalists in the global sport business. The two day summit, at world famous Twickenham stadium, facilitates networking, knowledge sharing and talks, broadcast around the world to the 1000s watching on the OTT platform.

Trippant secured media to attend the event, seeded and amplified content and set-up 1:1 interviews with speakers. We connected the Athletics Florence Lloyd-Hughes with Dawn Airey, chair of the Women’s Super League (WSL). Rachel Steinberg from the Daily Mail spoke with Thierry Henry on the future of video technology in sport. Sportcal’s Tariq Saleh interviewed DFL Chief, Donata Hopfen. We facilitated a conversation between The Times’ Andrew Billen and the YouTube phenomenon the Sidemen.

We arranged and managed a roundtable to announce Roc Nations signing of Ellis Genge. After a talk on the future of the Rugby Union, the CEO of Roc Nation, Michael R. Yormark announced the news. The roundtable was attended by Nik Simon from the Daily Mail, Sam Carp from SportsPro, Martin Lipton from The Sun, Alex Lowe from The Times and Matthew Hardy @ City AM.
