Founder & Director

An experienced board member, business leader, and strategic adviser with over 18 years’ experience in leading global teams, businesses, and brands across media, tech, sports, entertainment. Tom specialises in providing marketing, communications and content strategy as well as global PR advisory, having previously held a range of international roles.

Jackie Helliker

Head of Communications
and PR, APAC

Jackie recently joined Trippant from Nielsen, whether she held a host of roles across communications spanning a 13 year career, most recently as Director of Marketing and Communications, International. Based in Sydney, Jackie provides invaluable strategic support as well as managing all global communication output.

Serena Thynne

Head of Communications and PR, Americas

A senior PR professional, based in L.A., with more than 15 years experience working with big brands both in house and agency side. Serena set up M&C Saatchi’s L.A. offices, where she held the role of VP. She has also led PR campaigns for major brands for Pitch, ROKiT, and Four Communications, working with some of the best recognised names in sport.

Eoin Connelly

Editorial Director

A seasoned sports editorial director and ex-Editor-in-Chief at industry-leading publication, Sports Pro. A strong background in features, reporting, and interviews with some of the most influential people in sport and the sports industry. Additional experience as a podcast producer, presenter and guest, a moderator and host at live events, and a coordinator of social media campaigns.

Stella Droit

Creative Consultant

Stella has led the rebrand of major international organisations as well as directed global teams in a creative and design career spanning over 15 years. As the current design lead for the German Tennis Federation, Stella’s experience covers a range of entertainment, cultural, sport, and lifestyle applications and offers Trippant a creative outlet and senior advisory helping to visualise reports, infographics, and editorial.

An experienced marketing and communications professional having worked across the sports broadcasting industry with Sky, BT Sport and Eurosport, and later Discovery, Dan has a proven track record of delivering corporate and consumer campaigns for some of the world’s best known sport and entertainment properties, personalities and events.

With a robust foundation of operational, financial, and project leadership skills combined with an analytical eye and a considered approach, Amy leads Trippant’s business operations. Amy’s rich knowledge base and practical skillset having supported FTSE 100 firms to creative start-ups in major international markets across Europe, and brings to the team a unique ability to seamlessly juggle complex and demanding delivery.

Joe Nelson

Social Media Consultant

Joe is a senior social media and digital leader, specialising in connecting brands and rights owners with customers and fans. Joe has led the social communication and engagement of some of the most compelling publishing and broadcast brands in sports and entertainment, including Soccer Aid Productions, Bleacher Report, Eurosport, BT Sport, ESPN, and FourFourTwo. He also helps steer the social strategies of brands and rights owners including The FA, Ladbrokes, and Arsenal F.C.

Esme Ivory-Peters

Digital Marketing Executive

Having recently been awarded a First in Arabic Studies degree majoring in digital art and creative communication, completed Digital Marketing Strategy from EdinburghX, and HarvardX’s CS50 Introduction to Computer Science, Emse is a true digital native. Having already amassed an impressive knowledge base on the practical application of digital marketing, Esme supports Trippant’s promotional activities, as well as managing the social media, PPC, lead generations, and digital requirements of its clients.
